On Sept 3,2020, my son’s father had a package shipped from this location that was guaranteed to be delivered by Saturday at the end of day! FedEx was the carrier service that he paid extra for. Waited all day and no package! Check the tracking and the update said package would be delivered by Sunday 9/6/2020! Once again waited and waited! Around 9pm, I decided to check the tracking number again, now it says last location was Durham NC and no date or time for package delivery available! I’m beyond unhappy with this service!
