I stopped by today to drop a couple FedEx prepaid boxes off to be picked up. Really simple and for Mail Stop no money. I asked a question and realized I was missing a basic supply to ship a few more items (wasn't something they carried or sold) I asked where I could get some and they just gave me what I needed. Total cost of maybe $.05 but they didn't hesitate, didn't question, didn't look up to see if I was a profitable customer for them, they just handed it over and said take it. I've been using them for about a year now and have nothing but nice things to say about them and their business. They're kinda pricey with their fees for their virtual mailbox service, but I haven't had any issues with them handling my mail and I'm appreciative for their service.
