Farook has started to overcharge for holding parcels. I was charged $10.00 for a small 6 lbs. package that was held for only two days. He used to charge $5.00 to hold a box of this size. He told me he is charging $10.00 for most items these days unless they are very small even though the box was only 6 lbs. Hagen's in Blaine, WA offers very fair prices for their service - they charge only $5.00 for a box under 44 lbs. Great service! – This is a small family owned business. "The Mail Room" has been apart of the Whatcom County community over 20 + years. My Aunt utilized "The Mail Room" and as I decided to get a mail drop so did I. I find their service to more than fair. They are not the lowest price nor are they the highest. But when it counts for my business needs they always come through for me. Bravo!

The Mial Room- extraordinary mail boxes, UPS, Fed-Ex and packaging We have used the Mail Room for a business address for the last 8 years. Farook, the owner, has literally gone out of his way to provide us with personal mail and shipping services that you could not get at the post office. When we are travelling, our important mail is forwarded to us or held until we return. In addition to mail boxes, this is an agent for Fed-Ex and UPS.
