I have used Mail+ for over 3 years and have always had exceptional service. I have used their services for personal mailing, business mailing and bulk mailing. I have also had 100+ copies made and also got recommendations for printing. The staff has always been professional courteous, and friendly. Personally, I would not go anywhere else for these services even if it means going out of my to get to this location.
DO NOT use for International Services I have attempted to ship two packages recently. When using USPS International services, this location is not willing to offer tracking information for packages. Called USPS and asked them why and they said Mail Plus is required by contract to offer these services. A complaint has been filed with USPS and I am lucky as the package did make it to the receipient. Had it been lost, there would have been no way to recover the package or the payment. Beware!
