Updated review: Debbie was very professional to reach out to me and reschedule after my original visit didn’t go as expected. The vendor had not responded to her request. Debbie was very flexible to meet with me for a follow up appointment and we got it done. Original review: Hours beginning July 1 to Oct 1 changed to be closed on Saturdays. I had an Identogo appointment with them. Could’ve saved a trip if the owner had updated their hours. There were three of us Identogo customers there wondering why the doors were locked.

Coming into Siesta Key Pack and Ship for my mail has been a positive daily experience for many years, kind of life getting your favorite coffee.
The African-American female that “works” at this location is an absolute joke. She dropped three f-bombs and degraded the other employee several times during my visit. Get rid of her or she will run off all your customers I know good help is hard to find but she absolutely terrible.
