Sent my ECM in to be unlocked and DOD delete tune. Tamra was super helpful and walked me through everything. Mailed in my ECU and got it back in a very timely manner. Highly recommended!

I've got to update my review on this situation and I'm normally a face to face guy, but due to previous experiences with talking with Casey over the phone, it would be a waste of time. Easiest part of the VVT/AFM delete on my 5.3 vortec. Easy form and the turn around was so quick. I had a couple questions that were responded to immediately, even on a Sunday night. Would use again.
He knows how to do a base line tune, but anything other than that especially for motor swaps or performance builds he doesn't know what he's doing. If he can't get your tune right he will blame it on something mechanical and charge you more if you push for your tune to be correct. I highly recommend finding a local tuner or a reputable email tuner for anything performance related.
Very happy with everything! The receptionist was very kind and helpful when my package was having issues during shipping. The male speaking doesn’t at all seem short tempered like a few have said, he’s just blunt and straight to the point, which I can appreciate. I have a 5.3L in a 2009 gmc, it got a tsp cam and a few other goodies, and runs amazing, their shipping was fast and uneventful (I learned my lesson with usps) they took the extra time to properly package my ecu, and used a reliable shipper.
