Very kind lady took care of everything for me
My experience at Mail N Ship was not only positive, it was absolutely exceptional every time. Barbara is incredibly helpful, always making complicated shipping situations seem totally doable and easy. Every summer I visit Racine, I am happy to go to Mail N Ship for her help. I even called her from my home in Germany for help generating a shipping label I couldn't create from afar. I certainly can't imagine getting service like that anywhere else- thank you Barbara and Mail N Ship!
The customer service is great! I don't know why the reviews are so negative, but the woman at the front is always pleasant with me.
I’ve been going here for awhile but I can’t do it anymore. The front lady is so rude and passive aggressive I can’t handle it anymore. I tried to let it go because small businesses supporting but completely not worth it with her. Highly DONT recommend. Go somewhere else.
Very rude and passive aggressive cashier. So overpriced will not be going back.
