I use this place all the time. Print my labels take them to the counter with my package and pay. Easy peasy
If you need any shipping boxes or supplies, or need to simply drop off your UPS or FedEx boxes for shipment, this is the place.
They are friendly enough when you go in. But if you call and ask a question they seem to be annoyed by it. Yes I understand you “deal with thousands of packages” or whatever. But when someone just has a simple, general question it’s unfortunate you are made to feel like an inconvenience. We have so little on this side of town, it was nice to have a shipping place at least. But I guess that only leaves me with the big chains and long lines from now on.
