Maybe I’m just really unlucky .. or maybe someone is slacking at their job?? The last six months I have dropped off three things to be mailed to three different locations ... not one of the three items ever made it to their destination.. very frustrating. Not sure what the issue is but it’s a issue for sure. If you want your items to actually be mailed you should reconsider stopping at mail it 4 u and take the extra time to go to the post office and save your self time and frustration in the long run.
I used to like going here rather than the post office but today I shipped a flat rate USPS box that usually cost $7.20 to ship and it cost me $11.20. Now I can understand a service fee but maybe a minute to impute an address and swipe my card and give my signature sure isn’t worth a $4 service charge. There’s only one guy in the place who’s ever overly friendly either. As much as I hate waiting in line at the post office $4 a package out weighs the hassle
I called ahead of time to let them know I would be dropping off boxes, but I would be there right before they closed. I arrived 5 minutes before they closed. The woman working there saw me pull up, LOCKED the door and turned her back. It was not closing time, but she apparently did NOT care. I will not use them again! This was 2 years ago...I went back recently and the staff was still not helpful. They dont care if you have heavy boxes. They make it seem like an annoyance that you are there.

We do a ton of business with this company shipping with UPS. They have never really been helpful and I've never even got a smile from any of the staff. Today I was nearly late to work because a Concord bus parked behind me and refused to let me back out a little to leave. He did not have to move his bus. He just needed to get out from the back of my truck. When I asked the Owners to ask the driver who was being a jerk to let me back out, they said I just needed to wait.
