My experience from coming here was that I don't think I've ever felt more uncomfortable and judged on every aspect from how I dressed to how I talked because of the owner specifically. A really harrowing experience. A little bit of power as they say....
Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. By far the best place in the KC metro area for any shipping need. From simple packages to complex, care-intensive items, they give everyone who steps in their store the white glove treatment. Now that I've found Mail It, I'll never go anywhere else.
