Clean, friendly and knowledgeable. I go out of my way to come here for the staff and how welcome they make me feel.
We had to mail out 8 packages today and they had to arrive by Christmas. Tough ask on 12/20 but the team at The Mail Point made it happen. Great customer service and a wonderful easy experience. Looking forward to using them again in the future!
Not friendly and not helpful. Lots of better options with employees that aren't as weird
