My wife made a fingerprint appointment but was made to wait 30 minutes before actually starting the 5 minute process. What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re not going to honor it? Waste of time; look elsewhere for anything they offer honestly.
I Have known the owners of Mail house Plus for 25 years. They have always been very helpful friendly people. I would not go anyplace else, for my mailing needs. They go out of their way to be helpful and are extremely honest.
Been there to make key copies and passport photo. Keys were fine but the passport photo was rejected and not usable.

Staff treated me like the criminal. Lied about the boxes Over charged 3 dollars to check email is wild Wouldn’t sell the brown package folders I needed. Kept huffing and puffing at me whole time . Not worth going to this store Second time my review been removed
