The service is really bad. When you receive a mail item you can't send your own courier or provide your own shipping label to get it forwarded to you. I had to use their own service but first they insisted on a USPS verification of a temporary address (a hotel in Miami), something other mailbox services do not require. Then the item got lost and there was 0 support from their end. It like they don't care about their clients. No recommended
