Yikes, choose another place when shipping or returning your items! I came here because I had a return through Carhartt and was instructed to go here for my return. My QR code did not work here and was met with animosity by the staff. I’m not sure if the fault is on their end or Carhartt but they made no attempt to help fix the situation and I felt like they didn’t believe me when I said my code was unique for their location. This place isn’t reliable.

I have only written 2 or 3 reviews in my life, and then, only for exemplary service. I am new to the world of virtual mailboxes and was lucky enough to land with Mail Depot, of Virginia Beach and, more specifically, with Dorothy as the manager. I've only used their service s for a couple months thus far, and, being of a certain age, I detest all things computer related. I had a box there for over 4 years. Even after I no longer had a box there they called me twice to let me know I had a package there. Temu delivered them to the wrong address. So nice! They didn't even charge me anything for holding them until I picked them up. They have always been friendly and helpful. I recommend them highly! Thanks Mail Depot at 3419 Va Beach Blvd. 23452! Y'all are the best!
