They make mailing my packages easy even though I don't come in very often. They have solutions for packaging and are ready to help make things work. The comics and quotes posted always make me laugh as well!

Their service is outstanding, they always take time to explain, they make tremendous suggestions, and they do it all while juggling many customers. Without fail they have been 100% supportive of my needs. I wish more businesses were as great as these people. I give them my highest recommendation and encourage everyone to use them Ive be a customer since 1998 and will always rely on their help and support.

Amazing. I have been a customer of Mail & Copy Plus for years and am treated with respect, waited on quickly and they even know what I come in for. Sometimes I forget my money and they say bring it next time but they let me take my copies with me now! One time I left my wallet there and they called me to come get it. Many times they give me credits on "bad" copies that catch in the machine or dont come out right, and I make 1000s of copies. I ran into mail and copy real quickly to make a couple of copies. Normally, I go to the kinkos off 22 in Monroeville; however, Mail and copy is closer to my house so I figured I would finally give it a try. Unfortunately, I would never reccomend this establishment to my worst enemy. A gray haired man, who "claimed" to be the owner, was extremley rude and insisted I was not making the copies correctly.
