I had a fantastic experience with Mail, Copy and More, especially with Miles. I had a complicated custom printing project for an upcoming event, and he went above and beyond every step of the way. He was patient and resourceful in troubleshooting formatting issues, flexible as project details changed, and incredibly detail-oriented throughout the process. Absolutely the worst packages always get to Florida broken, cracked and in pieces. I got 5 packages from Wa, all beautiful gifts from my mother in law!, Absolutely every package had something broken. Careless!

I have been with this place for almost a year. The only negative thing that has happened was today. They are supposed to be open on Saturdays, 10AM to 3PM. I arrived about 2:45PM, and they were already closed. Don't know if they changed their hours for Saturday. Kinda frustrating

Anyone who gave them a 1 star or a bad review, are trippin. They may make mistakes here and there like any other company, but in general, they are great!!!
