They delay processing forms and slow down businesses, this place is deplorable. Be careful using them as a PO Box. They move at snails pace to authorize forms.
If you’re planning on renting a u-haul, do not use this place. I reserved a truck 2 days prior to picking it up. When I arrived to get it, I was told that it just had been given to someone else and that my reservation wasn’t in the system. That is FALSE because there’s no way my reservation wasn’t in the system, I had a confirmation from TWO DAYS PRIOR when I made the reservation. I drive 30 minutes to utilize there services and I will continue to because the customer service is impeccable. Both times I visited this location the gentleman was way past kind. I truly appreciate the consistency in service. Thank you see you next visit!
I stopped in this morning to get a Christmas package packed and shipped. Tory was available to help me and she was the best! She answered all my questions with smile and wonderul attitude. This is my 2nd time using Mail Central services and I will definitely recommend and use their services again.
