I went here to print a form for my son’s medical records and an appointment coming up. The large woman behind the counter looked dead eyed and bored. It took her well over 20 minutes to tape an already sealed package. I was not allowed to pay for my $1.24 sheet of paper because they are so cheap as a company there’s a $5 minimum. After refusing to give me my form I walked out. Went to Walgreens to print my form with no issues! Buyer beware of this place!! It’s the worst. Management and employees are all rude.
Really good customer service
I dropped off a FedEx package at Mail Central on Friday April 4th around 11:00 a.m. I sold the item and purchased the label on EBay. I noticed Sunday that the package had not been picked up, it didn't have any scans from FedEx. So, Monday April 7th around 9:00a.m. shortly after Mail Central opened, I went to ask Troy (store owner) why my package had not been picked up.
