Fast, friendly service. Similar to the difference in price between 7-11 and Publix, you’ll pay a little more than the post office. If that bothers you, go to the post office. If that doesn’t bother you and your time is more valuable than paying a little more for convenience, then go see the fine folks at Ocoee Mail Center.
I recently had a FEDX two day letter lost at this facility. After four days of visiting to check on whether the package had been found, I gave up, got the tracking number and decided to call FEDX myself. FEDX was able to give me the shippers name and address in a matter of minutes. Don't expect this center to help you locate mail that they lose and don't expect a phone call back from anyone either to follow up!
Next door to Publix - convenient. They get it done. Harry and company rock!
