Very poor customer service. Homeless gather outside and the inside staff do not call police even if door is blocked to prevent customers from coming in. I was subject to a attempted robbery on me in front of the entrance and they did not call the police because worried about retaliation from the homeless. Mail is sorted 3 days late at times and others mail is put in my box.
