Convenient location and everything you would want from a mailbox service. Staff is friendly and polite, incoming and outgoing packages are handled professionally. An overnight box service and website means you don't have to worry if they are open; just sign-in to the website and they will put packages in the overnight boxes for you. I have had a mailbox with them for 25+ years and they have never lost a package. That's a great record of service.

I been going to pick parcels and packages for quite some time and every time I go, the stuff is always friendly, so polite and the place is always clean. I love that they always great you with a smile.

The employees at MBI are always friendly, professional, quick to locate packages and very helpful. Always smiles and a pleasant greeting when you walk in the door. Today, Afsana, Natalie and Hyde provided all of the aforementioned courtesy’s.

I'm an American living in Canada on a work permit so having a place to get my US mail is crucial. The staff is the sweetest and most professional - they were able to accommodate my mail needs when I was stuck in the border line and didn't make it in time to pick my things up. Can't recommend this place enough. Thanks for all that you do!
