Customer service used to be great, but unfortunately under the now general manager has completely gone dow the drain. Takes no responsibility for their mistakes. I will take my business somewhere else after 14 years
Absolutely love this place and the team! Always willing to go the extra mile if you need something a little out of the ordinarily Plus, I LOVE using the overnight lockers cuz I can go super late at night when there is no line-up at the border. Much better than Hagen’s ever was. Maybe that’s why they went out of business. Hahaha! … Ohhh too soon?
