This is honestly the WORST mailbox center EVER !!!!! Mark seems nice in person and on the phone, but nothing but lies come out of his mouth. When you pay for 2 day priority shipping and tracking, you would expect to get these services. Well not here. Mark was supposed to text me the tracking number when my package left. He never did. When I called the next day, he claimed that his phone was "frozen" and couldn't text me the number. So take the battery out, or restart your phone.
