I am a busy person and use these stores all over the county. I love going to Mail & Parels Plus in Bonita. They are very friendly and professional. They always take care of my business. I shipped some very fragile items that I had them packed. They did such an excellent job and everything arrived safely. I would recommend them any time. I do not agree with the other review at all. The owner is very professional and helpful.
I WENT TO MAIL A PACKAGE FILLED OUT THE FORM WITH THE CORRECT ADDRESS BUT THE LAZY OWNER DIDNT DOUBLE CHECK AND MAILED IT TO SOME ADDRESS ON HIS SYSTEM WITH THE SAME NAME SO MY SON DIDNT GET HIS BIRTHDAY GIFT ON TIME. THE OWNER DID NOTHING TO COMPENSATE HIS ERROR BAD, BAD BUSINESS
