Had an appointment scheduled at 9:30 in the morning. Took off work in the morning to make this appointment. I got there at 9:35 and was told that they had a check-in policy for 10 minutes before the appointment and since I was 15 minutes late for this check-in time, my appointment was canceled. Now I have to come back next week and take off more work to try again. Very inflexible considering their limited hours for in-person appointments

Dr. Matsui was awesome. She obviously knows what she is talking about, but she doesn’t treat the patients like they are stupid, like some doctors. She is well educated, but also very personable and willing to listen. Thank you
