I love Dr. Leboo and the medical staff at Maikai Health, but dealing with their front office person, Dana, has become intolerable. Over the past two years, her behavior has been consistently unprofessional and unpleasant. I have received a lecture laced with attitude simply for changing an appointment (several days in advance). Maikai Health is the best health care I have recieved in years... from the moment I walk through the doors I feel so comfortable... everyone working there has a beautiful personality... receptionist (Dana & Diane) are so attentive, nurses (Mark & Catalina) are very attentive, Karen Nishimoto my APRN makes me feel at ease and takes the time to listen and go over what's happening with my health... Great staff and care! I highly recommend this clinic, way better than any other clinic I've been to since moving back to Hawaii!
