I spoke with Tim, the senior technician at Maier, on the phone shortly after the shop opened about problems I was having with my television. He suggested a couple of things that could be wrong with it and said I could bring it in for a free diagnostic and estimate. All told, my fix was simple and I was only charged labor and had my TV back the same afternoon. Wonderful service and people!

I needed specific screws to attach the base of my TV. The owner was wonderfully helpful. Due to a mistake of mine I took up a substantial amount of his time. With correct information from me, he promptly found the screws and would not take pay for the screws or his time. What wonderful customer service. I highly recommend Maier Video and TV Services.

Great customer service. Technician is very knowledgable. Rates for repairs were very good. Made my TV cost effective to repair. Will recommend.

I was having issues with my LCD tv, and was out of warranty, called Maier TV and their tech was able to diagnos over the phone and we determined it was cost effective to repair. Brought it in and he was right orderd parts and it was up and running withn a week.Plus I picked up a reconditioned tv for my son.. Kuddos to the Maier staff...

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND RESULTS! I had a warranty repair on a TV through Walmart and Maier handled it. They analyzed the TV and it was beyond repair. They facilitated a replacement through the warranty company and within 5 days I had a brand new TV. Fast, Competent service and Wendy was great to work with. I read another review where someone said the opposite. I highly disagree with thier review and question there motives and expectations. My experience was great. Im also buying a reconditioned TV soon from Maier.
