Our 102-year-old house remodel/reconstruction was complex and extensive, but everyone rose to the challenges. The concrete and tiling crews were exceptional. Our neighbors have expressed amazement that the new stucco matches the old stucco so very well. Thanks to those stucco artists for preserving those skills. As might be expected, we faced some unpleasant surprises when walls were opened or floors were demolished. Great experience dealing with everyone there. I was looking for a rental property while my custom home was being designed. Sarah was great at offering me different solutions. Elliot was able to see my vision..we are still in the beginning phases but I believe it's going to be the best experience.
