Dr. Maria is the best! Waiting time is not that long and it's convenient for the electronic prescription.
The waiting room is crowded with sick people. I can't see any health prevention going on. No air purifier, no window open. I thought the receptionist looked sick. I hate coming here as I find I get sicker.
Extremely disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked but ended up waiting over 50 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before being seen. What’s the point of making an appointment if patients are left waiting for nearly an hour without any explanation or apology? Drs are good (although I didn't enjoy my experience with Mustafa) but I've found reception communication to be very bad
I visited Dr Golam Mostafa many times. He is very kind. He explains and informs everything clearly. I am happy that he addressed all my concerns very carefully.
