I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent experience at the clinic. I had booked two appointments more than a week in advance to see two doctors on the same day as part of my Care Plan. I also arranged time off work to attend. However, when I arrived, I was advised that I could only see one doctor at a time and had not been notified of this beforehand.
