Very bad experience , Whats the point of appointment when need to wait for more than an hour .
It is refreshing to see a doctor like Dr Golam Mostafa who truly cares about patient health. He explained every concern I had in detail followed by a plan of action that most suits my condition and lifestyle. A very knowledgeable doctor with plenty of experience under his belt who listens and assess the situation to cater for the conditions. Thank you

I had a disappointing experience at Maidstone Family Clinic. They overcharged me, and when I asked about it, the staff responded rudely, claiming they would adjust it on my next visit—but they never did. This is the second time my insurance has been charged without my consent and without any consultation. The receptionists lack proper communication skills and patience when dealing with patients. Very helpful this clinic is bulk billed, and is simple to book, please stay this way. Thank you dr mostafa for your blood pressure treatment plan. Would be helpful if clinic had a female doctor too so some appointments can be organised more easily. Also for phones to be answered on Sundays if running late.
