Absolutely terrible experience, Dr Nayak showed up 20 minutes late, refused to listen to anything I said, refused to treat me because I already have a gp even though I said multiple times that I am unable to go back to them, and practically shoved me out the door, I’m guessing he was rushed because despite being a grown man he’s too incompetent to show up to work on time. The positive reviews are clearly fake and it’s pathetic.
Dr Golam Mostafa accused me of faking my illness ! Despite consultations, recorded tests, and prescriptions over months. He then refused to provide me with a referral to a specialist ?! Dr Golam has flippantly FAILED his DUTY OF CARE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!
I just had an appointment with Dr Maria Rowena. She is very kind, helpful and really listened to my concerns. I would definitely recommend her. The clinic is bulk billed, easy to book, and the waiting time is not long, which makes the whole experience great.
