The cleaners were kind, thorough, and did a great job. They went above and beyond!
This company will screw you over and cancel their services once the job can't be done on time. On top of that, they will charge your credit card an additional charge without your permission, which I am disputing with the bank right now. Highly overrated and not professional at all.
If it is possible to give zero stars, I would. Once they arrived, they inspected the house and said that it would be a 10-hour job. They then canceled the cleaning EVEN AFTER I PAID HALF THE AGREED AMOUNT!!! They refused to refund the money and then had the audacity to charge my card again, which I am disputing. Is this how this business treats its veterans?
Ty did a wonderful job, is efficient, thorough and open to our requests and preferences. She is cheerful and pleasant. We are grateful for her service.
Maids a la Mode has been great to me over the years, I don't use a regular service but when I need help, it's easy to book with them. Mandy recently did a by-the-hour clean for me a did a great job.
