Communication with the administrator was good. The cleaners were quite thorough, and I was home for the full time they were cleaning so I know they were working hard. I liked the small details, such as how they folded the toilet paper and extra towels in the bathroom and added garbage bags to bins that didn’t have any. However, I didn’t like the excess use of chemicals used. Maids in Pink saved us from a tricky spot where another service stood us up the day of a cleaning. We needed a specific time as we were holding an event at our place 2 days later. We were lucky to get an incredible kind cleaner named Lubna who did an impeccable job and showed up on time the next day! She was incredible and we absolutely will be using her services again!
