I had a very poor experience with the company. I scheduled bi-weekly cleanings online. Starting with initial cleaning at a reasonably higher price. Day of initial cleaning the company called and the appointment was rescheduled. Second day of initial cleaning comes around and the person that showed up did not know it was an initial cleaning and didn't have a vacuum (half my floors are carpeted). I paid $299 to clean my 1 bedroom apartment, including a $50 fee for the same day booking, but that's still a lot. One cleaner came and finished in just 1 hour and a half. For this price, I would expect at least two cleaners for two hours of work. The quality was subpar. I had to point out several spots with stains left behind, and even after asking for a reclean, some areas were still dirty. The cleaner seemed impatient and said she was “all set” when I pointed out the missed spots. Honestly, this was the worst cleaning ser... read more

The maids always show a lot of care and attention to detail. They show up on time and always go the extra mile, being kind to my pets and organizing my belongings neatly after cleaning. My house always feels so nice and fresh afterwards.
