If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Katie and Kai came to my house and before they even began to clean, they asked questions about me and if there was anything I needed to tell them that needed special attention. They went room-by-room to make sure that they would cover all the bases. When I saw the final result, I was more than pleased. We have been with MaidPro for about a year now and plan to stick with them. We have tried other house cleaning services in the past, and MaidPro by far stands out for their customer service and the quality of their professional cleaners. They are reliable, consistent, and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Hamyla did a great job cleaning our home on June 5 after we had some insulation work done that created some extra work for her.  Getting the carpets vacuumed and hard floors mopped along with bathroom and kitchen cleaning is really appreciated.  MaidPro teammates have done very nice work for us.

RUN, do not walk to the exit, NOW! The leadership was not hired because of their brains. They train you and do not give you feedback and expect you to know things. I'd rather flip burgers than work for these pinheads. Anyplace is better than this. Don't say I didn't warn you.

MaidPro in Orange Ca, Beware!!! BEWARE!!!! I am absolutely disgusted with MaidPro in Orange. I hired them to clean my house and ended up having my jewelry stolen by one of their employees, Kim. I had been using MaidPro for 2 years and never had any issues until now. Kim had been working for me for a while and seemed trustworthy, but looking back, I realized that little things had gone missing before, like medications. If you are looking for a poor quality cleaning with employees who are inexperienced and cut corners and terrible customer service overall, look no further! I wasted my time and money ($355 to be exact) on this company. What attracted me to this company initially was they were the first to respond to my request for a quote. WORST COMPANY EVER!!. They charged my credit card accidentally for a service they didnt perform and are not returning my money now. They have blocked my number and have been un responsive for weeks. THIEVES!! DO NOT HIRE THEM PLEASE!! The cleaning crew is not worth your money, the scheduler always messes up with time and amount of people coming to your house. TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE. This company is not worth your time or money!
