Really stellar in the service department. We have been customers for 2 years and they are still doing a good job for us. Our assigned maid is great, when she was on vacation the replacement lady was just as good.
I have to say better then other services we have had cleaning wise, but what sets them apart is the level of customer service and professionalism.
I have to say the experience we have had with MaidPro is much different then other services we have tried. Overall, this company seems to be a well run outfit. They offer good cleaning but the customer service is equal to what you would expect in a professional modern business; they answer the phone, they take requests, and they follow up with us on a regular basis to make sure we are pleased. Overall we are pleased and have been using them about 6 months now.

We have tried a few maid services in the Cypress area and have not gotten anywhere near the service provided by MaidPro. We were skeptical when we heard the specific maid we were assigned to would no longer be assigned to our home, but the quality provided did not change at all. Super stellar service. Maids were very professional, and worked very hard in hour home. Overall we were very satisfied with the service and will use again in the future.
