Even though I don’t live in town anymore, I still make a point to visit this jeweler whenever I’m back as they are trustworthy, reliable, quick and incredibly easy to work with. I’ve brought my engagement ring in twice now and each time, it’s been handled with care and attention to detail. The work is always done right and I leave with total peace of mind. I cannot recommend Maidor enough. As soon as we entered we were treated with great enthusiasm and kindness as we shopped for my wedding ring. We found a beautiful ring, and as we were in a bit of a tight schedule, they were kind enough to resize on the spot. They had also cleaned my engagement ring for me and they made it look completely brand new, just like the day I got it! I visited this store to explore engagement rings and was shocked by the unwelcoming attitude of the staff. They dismissed us as soon as we said we were just looking, told us not to waste their time, and suggested we try another store if we weren’t buying a real diamond. The way they looked at us made it clear we weren’t welcome. Customer service shouldn’t only be offered if a purchase is guaranteed. Not the kind of service I’d expect from a high-end jewelry store.
