Polite staffs, good product selections, clean store – The staffs here are polite and courteous. The store tends not to be crowded, so very little waiting. You can find basic Japanese food items and cooking products here. The store and the products are kept very clean. You can also have a quick lunch here.
Very poor customer service – I couldn't believe how terrible the serivice was..it was to the point where I felt very werid being there. I guess because I was not Japanese even though I was Asian, and my "white" husband was not with a Japanese wife, they didn't even speak to us and when we try to have a conversation with them, they would ignore ue.
