Love this fitness community! Such a variety of classes that are challenging, but fun and approachable. Great positive studio energy.

I tried out Maiden Motion almost a year ago and quickly joined full time! The studio is such a welcoming place- there is always a smile from the instructors and awesome women in the classes. The variety of classes means never getting bored with workouts and there are also lots of opportunities to cultivate friendships in and out of the studio. Working out has never been more enjoyable than at Maiden Motion! I started coming to MM after years of sporadically using my gym membership at a commercial chain gym. I now look forward to going to the gym and am disappointed when I have to miss a class. The various classes at MM are challenging, but always uplifting & fun!
