Terrible customer service. I had an urgent question about daily medication and called the office and messaged through the portal for days before receiving a response. When I did, the doctor on call gave me misinformation around my medicine. Didn't even bother to look up my medication on Google. Nobody should EVER use this chain
Don't answer the phone. VM comes on saying 'leave a message' and it the hangs up. How rubbish is that
