I had an excellent experience with Dr. Fleary. The office was clean and well organized, and the front desk staff was courteous and attentive. I also experienced no wait time. Probably shouldn't have a Zocdoc page if all the info on it is inaccurate. My appointment was rescheduled via voicemail, while I continued to get confirmation emails and texts. When I showed up, I was told that the provider I had selected couldn't even do the service I needed (despite zocdoc specifically confirming this), and apparently they don't keep the thing I needed in stock so I have to order it and wait several weeks. It was easy to make an appointment and there was no long wait once there. Parking is readily available, a real convenience. Best of all, Dr. Swenson is a kind and caring professional. She is thorough and never seems to rush.
I will definitely be returning to see Gillian Hans, NP next year. She provided excellent care and made me feel at ease during my appointment. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a compassionate and attentive healthcare provider. The receptionist was also super nice!
