I had a terrible experience here as a new patient. I called and gave them all my information — including my insurance — and they scheduled me an appointment in three days. But when I showed up, they suddenly told me they don’t accept my insurance and demanded $700 out of pocket. No one mentioned this on the phone. Fantastic experience -- friendly staff, reasonable/minimal wait time, clean. Doctor was kind, attentive, helpful. Overall, very efficiently run.
They misplaced my IUD twice I was in excruciating pain the day I got my second IUD inserted which was expected however I had a very high fever chills as well as I was dizzy I called the office numerous times and was offered no help or any advice as to what I should do keep in mind the medical staff was still in office and no one got into contact with me I ended up in the ER I was in very bad shape in the ER I was informed they misplaced it yet again and I now had scar tissue from their mistake.
