I didn’t try them, but I saw a social media argument with a customer who wasn’t very satisfied, and how they dealt with that costumer wasn’t really professional what so ever. I didn’t care much about what the costumer wrote and what was her complaint but didn’t like the unprofessional way the owner of this company replied and how she dealt with the problem and with the unsatisfied costumer.
