We absolutely loved EcoClean. They cleaned our home every two weeks for more than a year and were wonderful. Then one day they called to say they were running late and we rescheduled for the following day but they never showed up. We called and texted multiple times for weeks and no one answered or replied. I have been using this company for 2 years and am always pleased with their quality of work. We have a German Shepherd and he sheds a lot. Every time they come to clean our house all the floors and upholstery are spotless. I recommend them to others in the triad looking for a maid service.
