A big shout-out to Aj and Mark for doing an amazing job! The whole process was smooth, and they communicated clearly throughout. They made my apartment sparkle, all at a very reasonable price. Thank you for your excellent work!
Pre-COVID Maid to Clean was excellent. Since COVID the quality of their cleaning and customer service is awful. The cleaners consistently arrive late, by 30mins or more, meaning I am late to work evertime I book. The cleaning quality is mediocre with floors left sticky and surfaces improperly wiped down. They do not offer any kind of refund or re-clean if their teams are running late or the clean is poorly done. There are better companies out there who respect your booking time and do a better job.
Every fortnight we come home to an absolutely beautifully clean home. We can't thank Abdul enough for the amazing job each clean! Very professional and thorough. We highly recommend!
