Poor communication, left our rental house filthy. Our guests had to be refunded the fee. Maid Squad manager wouldn't call us back for a refund. Then when I said I'd dispute the charge they canceled our account. Totally unprofessional. Some maids work hard but management was no help at all. Lost cleaning supplies, no communication, missed appointments to clean. Stay away!
Avoid this company at all costs — they will steal your money. The maids themselves did a fine job, but the billing department is downright dishonest and incompetent. I was charged six times for a single cleaning and only refunded four times — meaning I was double-charged. They canceled there appointment ( cleaning last minute) leaving me with a vacation rental that needed to be cleaned before the next tenant showed up They are very unprofessional I normally don’t leave a bad review But when you cancel a rental cleaning and just say oops, sorry I think that is very unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend them. A score of one star is too high.
I was definitely not impressed with this cleaning service that was completed this time. The team was 45 minutes late to my house and was out in under an hour. They failed to mop the floors in my kitchen, wipe the countertops down, didn’t wipe the outside of the appliances. In the bathrooms they didn’t sweep the floors or shake the rugs out.
