Christi W & Courtney F did a wonderful job cleaning my house. Their attention to the small details was awesome. The team did a great job of checking in with me the entire time to make sure they were meeting my expectations. I will definitely request them again for my future cleanings. Very happy overall
Poor communication, left our rental house filthy. Our guests had to be refunded the fee. Maid Squad manager wouldn't call us back for a refund. Then when I said I'd dispute the charge they canceled our account. Totally unprofessional. Some maids work hard but management was no help at all. Lost cleaning supplies, no communication, missed appointments to clean. Stay away!
Avoid this company at all costs — they will steal your money. The maids themselves did a fine job, but the billing department is downright dishonest and incompetent. I was charged six times for a single cleaning and only refunded four times — meaning I was double-charged.
