I can't believe that a fast food restaraunt is 17.60 for one person's meal. Freaking ridiculous. You know 1 yr ago I was flabbergasted at 8 mushrooms for $4.00 and now this? Yes Our family will not be going back. $33.00 for 2 people is just too much. Unbelievable.
Good food and friendly staff! I would recommend stopping in for a quick and hearty meal. Selection is good also!
I have been eating Maid Rites for at least 50 years. Some of my earliest memories are going to the original maid rite with my parents as a young child on Broadway in Rockford, Il. Sadly, all the franchises are now gone from Rockford, but I love when I travel to Iowa so I can enjoy again!!
Had never even heard of Maid-Rite. We are visiting Oskloosa from Mississippi!!! We were told we had to have a Maid-Rite and a tenderloin sandwich. Glad we listened. We were not disappointed!!! The staff was fantastic!!!

Food was ok but the fat waitress or whatever she is was the rudest person. We have not been to this restaurant before so we sat at a table for 10 minutes not knowing we had to go to the counter. No help from her at all. When we got order she says "What do you want" and then when she brings the food she throws it on the table from 2 feet away and storms off to the back not to be seen again until we left... And she wonders why we didn't give her a tip. Here is a tip for you lady, BE A LITTLE NICER NEXT TIME!
