We used his service for a few years for my elderly mother and the lady was pretty dependable then she had car issues in December and we never saw her again. He has no other employees apparently to take over so we are out. The sad part is no one bothered to let me know unless I asked. Not too impressed with business operations.

Very easy and stress-free to book, they send an invoice promptly through email after scheduling. Customer service was excellent.
