I am writing this review to share my recent negative experience with MaidMode LLC, a cleaning company I had been working with for the past nine months. Despite having a solid business relationship up until this point, their recent conduct has been extremely unprofessional and has resulted in damages for my business and an inconvenience for my Guests. Provided great service, communication was outstanding! The team was punctual and was able to complete the clean in a timely manner. I would definitely book again.
We have used them multiple times for our Airbnb and they do a fantastic job every time! They have been extremely responsive and dealt with our last minute request like true professionals! My sister and I couldn’t recommend them more!
