I love having maid in the shade coming in and cleaning my apartment. They are always cheerful and friendly. They always ask if there is anything they can do for me and this week helped me with my plants. They do a great job of cleaning and my home feels fresh again.
Dixie and her team are absolutely amazing, and make you feel so comfortable and at ease! I worked with Lori and Michelle for a big house cleaning as myself and my partner are neurodivergent and were too overwhelmed. They were absolutely amazing. We're not even finished the whole house yet, and I'm already booking them for recurring appointments! We have used made in the shade cleaning services several times now for pre and post moving cleanings. I am thrilled with not only their cleaning but kindness and over the top accommodation. Can’t say enough good things about Dixie and her team, being self employed customer service is so important to me and they have it down!
Wasted 1/2 hour of my time, discussing a possible cleaning appointment. I'm new to this so I had done some research. I mentioned that her rates seemed a bit higher than other cleaners with insurance, and a lot higher than uninsured house cleaners - I even gave her a few examples. Just wondered why. She then she decides she doesn't want the job! 🙄 1 star because she wasted my time.
