Such an excellent service provider. The cleaner was prompt & efficient for our ongoing weekly domestic service. The office staff are always helpful and swift to answer any questions that I have. We highly recommend Maid in Australia Domestic & Commercial Cleaners for your domestic or commercial clean!
The service started out fine but after a few months we noticed things started slipping. We raised it and were assured it would be addressed in the next clean. The next clean came along and not only were most of the issues raised not completed we found more issues. We raised it again and were told that they didn’t have anyone to replace their cleaners with and would let us go. No genuine apology.
