I saw a Groupon for this business and was initially interested but after some research, decided not to use them. They have a 5 star review of City Search by "Nancy M" which just happens to be the name of the owner. There is also another review by "Nancy Tant" word for word a year later. Owners postings reviews is not ethical. They also have a BBB logo on their website but are not accredited. With several other bad reviews, I decided not to use them. Excellent maid service – I just had Maid in America clean my house and was extremely impressed with the professional team of ladies that came in, immediately started working and did an amazing job. They even cleaned out my cat litter box! I can hardly wait to get them set for recurring service. I have been scared to use a service in the past but used a coupon and cannot believe I waited so long to try them. They also called and emailed several times prior to coming. This company is top notch.
Maid in America a disappointment – Very unprofessional ! Canceled my cleaning service only five hours before they were scheduled! No customer service! Clearly this is a small company unused to handling customers in a professional manor! Don't waste your time. I hate to think how they would clean my house let alone trust them with access to my home as they have already proven how unreliable they can be!
