Maxie is not good at scheduling and the team is consistently late. When they didn't show up but didn't call or text either. Finally called Maxie, she only gives many excuses. She is totally not professional! She should have just apologize and admit their poor management. I have used only one of her teams. Their cleaning was good but everything has to go through with Maxie while she is not cleaning, so it is useless. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Maxi and her team are simply AMAZING. I have used several cleaning services before and none of their work and prices can even be compared to the through job Maxi's team does. They are incredibly fast and meticulous. They will change your sheets, clean your vents, dust your fans, do your dishes, and move your couch to clean behind and under it at the best price I've ever seen. I was so pleased with them that I even hired them to clean for my small business.

They go through your stuff. They do not bring cleaning supplies and they don't finish the job. The last time they were here, I had to re-clean due to the floors being sticky. I also asked them to wipe down the door jams and door, I was told that they would and they did not. I keep my home very clean but im very busy and dont always have time to vacuum dust and clean my floors, i was using the service as a break. I told them I was dissatisfied and they did not respond.
