I don’t know why Lisa’s reviews are showing up under my business . Google has evidently caused this issue. I have tried repeatedly to close this business just to distance myself from the negative reviews from Lisa’s business. I have worked hard to build a reputation for being honest and reliable and I hate seeing these awful reviews being associated with my business! My name is Shirl not Lisa and I have customers who have stayed with me for many years. I hope to be able to clear this up at some point!

First off, I'd like to point out that horrible reviews aren't even for this business!!! Lisa the owner??? Who is that!! This is a private personal business and the actual owner is Shirl. She's been doing this for 25+ years with clients that have stayed with her the whole time!!! She's very detailed and does an amazing job at very reasonable rates. I have no idea who these other reviewers are even talking about!!

When the cleaning ladies came they did a very poor job from beginning to end. When they arrived one of them informed us that her mop flew out the window of her car on the way here. We paid for a deep clean but instead got a brief wipe down. Our windows were in worse shape then when we left them, they ignored the closet floors, left dirt and crumbs on the floor, left spots on the floor after mopping and spent very little time actually DEEP CLEANING. Absolutely horrible experience start to finish! I asked for a deep clean and it was more like a gentle wipe down. The windows were not any cleaner after being cleaned, in fact, one window had a big white mark on it after they cleaned that wasn’t there before. Gunk on the sink that came off when I rubbed it off, crumbs in the corners of the kitchen, water marks from their mop on the hallway floor, a small cat vomit spot on the bedroom floor that was still there from the morning when I left. I have known Lisa for 15 years. There is nothing better than coming home to a clean house. Amazingly clean. Lisa has been so good to work with.
