Ciara did an excellent job and was polite and followed instructions.
I was disappointed with my “deep cleaning”service. The maid arrived late, did not allocate her time well, rushed the rooms that I said needed the most attention, did not clean any of the kitchen cabinets/cupboards, and scratched our hardwood floor while moving our trash can. She cleaned the bathrooms well, but the vacuuming and dusting were not up to the standards stated on their website.
