Tiffany did an amazing job! She was super thorough and kept me posted as needed. I'm definitely requesting her again. She went above and beyond. She even made my bed! Definitely requesting her again.

Scheduled a cleaner with this company and was given a 9-10 am window and there was also a note that the cleaner would call 15 minutes before arrival. A little after 10 am I called to follow up since I had heard nothing and the cleaner had not arrived. The customer service rep could not get ahold of the cleaner and wasn't sure what was going on. DO NOT use this company. After 6 months of cleanings, I discovered over $30,000 worth of jewelry missing from my home. The cleaner assigned to me was the only non-family member with access to the bedroom in which the items were stored in a concealed box. A police report has been filed and the matter is currently under investigation. Based on my experience, I would NOT feel comfortable EVER using this company again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
