I've had a lot of issues with a few past cleaning companies: showing up late, scratching surfaces and not taking ownership, and just not doing a very thorough job. Cancelled my appointment 2 days ahead of the schedule cleaning to accommodate an “emergency cleaning” for a recurring customer. How does one have an emergency cleaning need 2 days ahead? Was offered an alternate solution which was substantially inconvenient. Terrible business acumen.

I am giving my experience based on my experience with Dan. I think he has really earned these five stars. Initially I had used them about a year ago and I was not satisfied with the cost. I still reached out to them this year, this young man is so prompt, the cleaner didn’t bring a step stool, which generally the owner is supposed to provide, but Dan went and dropped it off for me, he contacted me and let me know of things I would need taken care of in the apartment not cleaning wise.
