It's so nice to know that I will come home to a clean house, at least one day a week. It has been a life saver to have them do all the deep cleaning for the last year. Always top notch! I sure do appreciate the little details they seem to get and know my house is ready for the holiday guests even if I'm not.
Scheduled more than a month in advance. Took a day off of work to be here. No one showed and no one got in touch until I texted and called. Still held in wonder for a couple hours and had to contact for her to cancel and said she'd reschedule. No idea how their work is though. If I had notice prior to them not showing up, my outlook would be different, but RELIABILITY definitely isn't a word I would use to describe someone who doesn't show and doesn't contact in advance. I hope they can do better in the future.
